Ultracontour liposuction
World-wide innovation – a true alternative to tumescent liposuction. An entirely non-invasive and painless procedure to get rid of unwanted fat deposits. The newest ultrasound liposuction technology based on the combined dual therapy of intensive focused ultrasound HIFU and the ultrasound drainage massage UMD.
▪ First phase of the procedure:
Ultracontour liposuction HIFU
Highly intensive ultrasound waves with a triple effect targeting problem areas create three therapeutic effects:
1. The separation of fatty tissue into individual cells and the warping and cracking of the cell walls
2. Drainage of the contents (fat-triglycerides) from the individual cells.
3. The destruction of the fibrous partitions between the fat cells.
▪ Second phase of the procedure:
Ultracontour liposuctionUMD
Through the immediate application of ultrasound lymph drainage the released fat is transported via natural metabolic channels into the liver and further processed.

The procedure as well as the results are optimal when compared to tumescent liposuction. The procedure is non-invasive and painless.
▪ Questions and answers
What does the procedure consist of and how long does it take?
During the first phase of the procedure ( HIFU) impulses are applied to the desired spot. The client perceives this as a very gentle vibration. This part of the procedure takes approximately 25 minutes. The second phase of the procedure ( UMD) occurs automatically. Ultrasound probes are attached to the client’s body, and they are responsible for the computer controlled ultrasound drainage massage, which lasts for approximately 25 minutes.
▪ What are the results of the procedure?
The results are comparable with tumescent liposuction in regards to the reduction of fatty tissue ( 3 – 5 cm in circumference ); they are even better when it comes to the evenness of the reductions. This procedure cannot be compared to cosmetic non-invasive methods (e.g. electrolypolysis), because here fatty tissue is actually removed.
Is this a one-time procedure or does it need to be repeated?
The desired losses of 3-5 circumferential cm are achieved after 3 -6 individual procedures, repeated after about a week. Results with a loss of 18 cm have also been documented, but the process is of course different from individual to individual.
▪ Who is the ideal client for Ultracontour liposuction ?
Women and men, aged 20 – 60 years, BMI 25-35.
Are there any contraindications to the procedure?
Pregnancy, steel implants in the area of application and some specific illnesses. Your doctor will discuss this with you during your initial consultation.
▪ Are there some risks associated with this therapy?
This system has been designed in such a way to eliminate risks. In addition, the second phase of the procedure increases the overall functioning of the metabolic system, which initially is quite low in a number of clients.
